The incumbent in the position is responsible for communication with guest all over the hotel and providing the highest professional services in accordance with the Niccolo quality service standards. Welcomes, attends and farewells hotel guests as a representative of the hotel management.

§  Handle all guest and customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

§  Establish a report with guests maintaining good customer relationships. Get guest comment and share with all department to improve our hotels quality.与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系,收集客人反馈并与各部门分享,提高酒店整体质量。

§  Has a complete knowledge of the Hotel including the geographical layout. Familiar with all restaurants,bar and relevant promotion. Provide guest with comprehensive information

对酒店有完整的了解,包括地理布局。熟悉酒店所有餐厅酒吧以及相关的推广活动,为客人提供全面的信息。

§  Actively offering the hotel facilities to our guest

积极地给客人推荐酒店的餐饮点。
